Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return or exchange
- We are responsible for original shipping charges and will include a return label in each package
- Lost your return label? No problem! Contact us at email@example.com and we will send you a link to a printable return label
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address at infoshop48south.myreturnscenter.com and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

2. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.

3. Please provide us the tracking number from the post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email updates.
4. You will receive an email as soon as we received your item(s), and when the refund is approved.
We happily offer FREE standard shipping on all orders! Anything outside of standard shipping fees will apply, including but not limited to expedited or overnight delivery.
We currently only ship to addresses in the United States and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
